My wife had chronic migraines early in our marriage. She went to different Drs to get relief. On a dental checkup she was told she was grinding her teeth and would benefit from a mouth guard. She's used a night guard for over 20 years and has no issues with migraines. It's worth looking into. The MDs didn't figure it out. Good luck.
