My brother and I are going hunting for the first time together here in Utah and we're trying to figure out the best place to go. We were late to the game and just have spike tags. The spike only tags are good in pretty much the same units as the limited entries. We were thinking about diamond fork canyon/ the mountains west of strawberry res. but seems like those mountains would be crawling with people from the wasatch front. so we thought maybe further east in the nine mile, anthro unit. any luck there? its pretty flat. and deserty. so then we thought maybe further south down to the central mountain units...

Obviously theres elk in all the units but I just wanted to see if any of you had any suggestions for some cool/pretty spots that you think we'd have some good luck in. We're really up for anything. However, we dont have atvs or horses so we'll set up camp where we can get in a toyota highlander. we're down for backpacking a little farther in though if need be. 

Any sugestions on locations? good places to go? Thanks a ton!
