In infrastructure on the government's dime wanted to reimburse the government or open up their cables to the open market (if that is even possible) then sure, kill net neutrality.

If I could chose between, Cox, TimeWarner, Comcast, and a host of other companies to provide my internet I'd support killing off net neutrality.
