BYU is G5
BYU plays a G5 schedule and is in the same "conference" as UMass and Army. BYU fills most of its schedule with MWC and AAC teams.
ND, meanwhile, fills its schedule with ACC games.
Being Indy doesn't make you G5 nor P5, but who will schedule you in the last 2/3 of the year does.
