I think both sides look pretty dumb
Claiming that caffeine is benign in a zealous manner sort of undercuts the argument being made.
It's most striking to me that people on CB kept saying how they wanted caffeine during games, but in the same breath say that caffeine isn't really anything and doesn't matter.
