unprofessional. The players and coaches were playing around a lot and there was no accountability for mistakes. I know KS is a players coach, but my son's Texas H.S practices had more accountability and discipline . At this practice I seen players drop passes, fumbled, penalties, bad coverage, missed punts, kicks out of bounds. Not one time did the practice stop for accountability/discipline or teaching moments. I seen a coach pat a WR on the butt after dropping a ball, like no big deal. I personal like Military style practices like Saben is know for. Practice for perfection.
