You are right I am wrong. I have been in the industry since I was 18. If you really wanted to know and not complain on a board for sport fans send me a board mail. However, people like you just judge and complain just to hear yourself. For all you know lazy workers aside, maybe they got sent the wrong specs and had to start over. Maybe the rebar for reenforcement was wrong size. Maybe the compaction testing failed. Maybe they had to over excavate it and there are utilities in the way i.e. Water lines, phone lines, fiber optic (which if you hit can cost millions of dollars). But hey, just tell me I'm arguing. Glad you are the best at what you do and all your projects for work are never done late/mistake free! Maybe you should own a company that does road work!
