DFW is good. Sky Tram makes it easy to get to other terminals without leaving
secured areas (can't say this about ORD, JFK, LAX, etc), and plenty of good food options.
Madrid is a nice airport, but you gotta plan on at least an hour for a connection, and even that is tight. But the airport is new, massive, and very nice.
