Both equivalent. They take 1/3/5 from North, 2/4/6 from metro, 1/3/5 from south and make one grouo. Other premeire geouos would then be 2/4/6 north, 1/3/5 metro and 2/4/6 south.

Then U12 they take 1/3/5 from purple, 2/4/6 from orange and make a group. 2/4/6 from purple and 1/3/5 from orange to make the other group. Then plug in 4 teams that were promoted.

Look at the black and silver groups again. No way that the bottom 5 teams from the black are better than the top 5 of the silver.

The premeire teams arent tiered until U13 when there is premeire 1 and 2.
