i'm fine with positive interaction with players. a lot of them seem to like it.
but when it comes to families? just shut up.
if general human decency isn't enough of a motive, then think of the fact that you are likely actively damaging any potential possibility at family/legacy recruiting by doing it.
i've said it before and i'll say it again, i'm continually astounded that almost any athlete graduates from their alma mater with good feelings about it.
