maybe even his will to make it work. You can't help but think he just gave up. You have six more games and then you can leave. At least stay and fight to help your players make the most of the rest of the season.

His head coaching career has not been ideal. Short stints everywhere he has gone and the grass has not been greener for him at any of his stops. He has burned all the relationships through his choices to leave.

The problem may be him. He may not be cut out for a HC job.
