I don’t understand how winning a bowl game after this schedule could possibly
leave us looking like a worse overall team than 2002 and 2003. Those teams didn’t go to bowl games at all, and the MWC schedule they played was no harder than ours this year.
2004 missed a bowl too but that was arguably the hardest schedule in BYU history.
