It happens after almost every single dog attack. There's rarely an honest evaluation that the same breeds are almost always the perpetrators. It's not a coincidence.

It's like the FBI quote... "not every 25 yr old Muslim is a terrorist but every terrorist is a 25 yr old Muslim".

Not every German Shepherd or pit bull is a violent dog who poses a high risk to attack a child but almost every dog who attacks a child or poses a risk of attacking a child is a pit or a German shepherd.

I'm sure there are plenty great German shepherds having said all this.
