I don't think it is about "any one user's posts"....
I think there's a bunch of guys that want to keep trolling a bunch of other guys and this would prevent them from doing it. Try not to pretend your motivations are pure, they aren't and no one believes any differently.
But as I said I'm not advocating for it, I'd never use it if it did exist, but I like being honest about things especially when it comes to peoples motivations so why pretend otherwise?
