Bingo. As BYUmba90 pointed out with porsche, you don't screw up a good thing (like Land Rover will most likely do
with the new "Defender".
It still has what jeep needs: Solids axles, short and long wheelbase options, removable top. Except this time, they will go with a diesel, a truck variant and there is even rumors a hard-top version will be available (a la the Jeep Africa, essentially a modern Defender 110).
The interior is updates, obviously safety measures, etc. And a few minor improvements. All in all, enthusiasts can breathe a sigh of relief.
