because its not the premier event. Does Italy currently have a Ronaldo type international star? I don't think so. Italy is a country of 60 million. Are the 4.4 billion people who live in Asia and the 1.2 billion people who live in Africa going to care a lot about a USA-Italy NIT matchup? I doubt it.
