I think he's a good coach, but I think he took off at the right time
Indy is sinking the ship and he plateaued with what was/is going to be available.
I like Kalani, but I don't want a head coach that's buddies with the players. That's what assistants are for. Doesn't mean be a jerk, but he needs to start carrying a big stick
