Any OB experts on the board willing to discuss the science behind a leader being demoted and still being productive. Is
there good science that says that demoting Ty to QB coach would never work? Or demoting Kalani to head of recruiting or defensive coordinator would never work?
I find it hard to believe that guys like Kalani and Ty (who truly love BYU) couldn't be successful at BYU if they were used in a different capacity.
