Seriously, do you know how inane this comes across? Do you expect actors to write you a letter of apology if they make a movie that sucks? Do you expect corporate at Applebee's to write you a letter if you don't like your meal? Do you expect Donny Osmond to write you a letter of apology if is latest album sounds like Justin Bieber on autotune?

This is the epitome of the "spoiled fan" mentality. Yeah, we are used to having winning seasons, yeah we had to suffer through this, and yes the coaching staff did a less than stellar job this season, but wow.

If you are that distraught that we had to suffer through what half of the fan bases in this country endure on a yearly basis, and at a minimum 3/4 of the programs in this country endure a season similar to this far more frequently than BYU fans do, that season ticket holders are owed a letter. Then maybe you need to step back and adjust your perspective. Or maybe spend a few seasons as a Cleveland Browns fan, or 108 seasons as a Cubs fan.

Nobody owes BYU fans anything but a plan to fix this mess and work harder next year, and trust me, they want that for themselves and their players far more than we want it as fans.
