at least partially to blame. His play calling certainly isn't beyond reproach. And he has taken good QBs from before his time at BYU and they both regressed. Even with Taysom and Jamaal last year the offense struggled. I understand that QB play hasn't been good (who's the QB coach?) and the WRs have been inconsistent but if you have one of the worst offenses in the country the OC has to take some blame if not most of the blame.
