What's the worst Turkey Bowl injury you've experienced / seen?
(1) As a teenager, I remember a guy in his mid-30s collapse after making a hard cut on a run. Turns out he tore his ACL. I thought about how lame it was that a guy could go down that easily. Fast forward about 15 years and I was the guy with the torn ACL when trying to run back an INT. No contact at all, just a hard cut like I'd done many times before and pop goes the weasel.

(2) Another time we were playing with a high school safety who had just finished his season. I caught a pass over the middle at the goal line and this kid's instincts got the best of him. He nails me head to head in what would be obvious targeting even if we had helmets on. I go down with a concussion and he ends up with a gash over his eyebrow requiring stitches.

Let's just say my wife isn't a big fan of Turkey Bowls
