He has head coaching experience. He did a great job changing the culture at USU. He gets the Utah recruiting scene. He has a great relationship with Kalani and Tuiaki. Hire him as the co-Defensive coordinator and assistant Head Coach.
More than any other coach available out there, he has the experience and connections to help this program. There would still be a lot of work needed on the offensive side, but I think this would one of the few moves that would give me hope.
