you are correct, and you are incorrect
every time a ball is dropped by a player (wr, te, back, etc) that is a prime example of a lack of discipline. you can't tell me that there were not MANY dropped balls this year. we all saw them. that is IF the qb was able to get the ball to the intended receiver. when the qb got the ball to the receiver, there were so many times the ball was dropped. i've never seen a season like that from byu. not even during the crowton years. yet, i'm no statistician, and i did not keep track of dropped balls.

you say bring forth facts, yet you want to say that the offense sucked because of the OC. you are correct, sir. which is equivalent to blaming the wide-out coach for dropped balls. it's equivalent to blaming the d-line coach for a season of the d-line hardly getting to the qb. if that's the case, for example.

for some reason you don't want to hold cahoon accountable for dropped balls by the receivers this year. so be it. i'm not saying cahoon is the only problem. how can he be. he is one of many problems. i don't like that they fired detmer after one bad year, but i guess you've got to start somewhere. it's not just cahoon's fault. but go ahead, go be in charge of byu football. keep cahoon on your staff. good luck to all of us fans as we continue to witness the dropped balls.

i didn't play in college, but i did play in high school as a TE on the 2nd best team in the state that year. On a disciplined team with strong coaching, balls are hardly ever dropped. that's all i have from my weak pedigree. but you keep cahoon and i wish us all the best as fans.
