As an Aggie who went to school from 2000-2004, the answer is..... ABSOLUTELY!
Only we were even more extreme. In terms of football, a 4-win season was good at that point (from 2001 till 2010 we never won more than 4).
But boy, was basketball fun during that time! It helped that the Spectrum was absolutely rocking back then...
