an OC to come work for him. Whether he had a short wishlist of candidates is irrelevant. All of his planning efforts should be focused on weaving a story and convincing potential hires that the the primary problem with the offense was the OC. And that the problem wasn't a team full of unfocused and undisciplined players. Because if its the latter, then no OC is going to be successful and a move to BYU will kill his career.
