would lead you to believe that this would be a smooth hiring process? I expected nothing but trouble. He has been indecisive, non-committal, and possibly dishonorable in his past dealings with BYU. I do not find any of those qualities beneficial to a coach in the long-term except for (perhaps) his professional survival skills. I truly hope that Roderick is not the direction Kalani is headed. I a pretty certain that this will not end well for Kalani and BYU absent real leadership, and I do not see that in Roderick.
