If this is true, it's a start. It actually is encouraging that at least there is an attempt to change the culture.
I do think the hiring if Grimes is a good step, but I do worry that he hasn't called plays or put together a game plan. But at least he's been involved in such things at the P5 level.
I still think that Tuiaki is not a good DC. It remains to be seen if he can succeed. And I'm not sure that Kalani has it in him to fire one of his buddies.
If Grimes is allowed to let go of whomever he wants on the offensive staff, and bring in who he wants, and if others are brought in, then again, I'm encouraged.
Tucked in shirts and a clean locker rooms is a start, but this has to lead to no frisbees full of weed, failed drug tests, but most importantly, kids being assignment and fundamentally sound on the football field on both sides of the ball.
