The one thing we lacked under Detmer was accountability. I believe a big reason for Grimes calls was to make sure Sitake didn't limit his offense and to make sure he was not restricted as to his offense and holding people accountable.

Listening to his OL guys that played for him at the Y, they are saying he demands a high standard and makes people give effort. We need a hard nosed guy to push our guys because we don't get the blue chippers.
