With the following players decommitting for 2018, this year could be the worse recruiting class in several decades. Several people have posted in the past that KS was a great recruiter (particularly among Polynesians), however he just lost Brandon Kaho who flipped to Washington (a 4 star recruit). From what I feel inside my gut, the incoming class of 2019 will play out almost as 2018 is. We'll lose more of the upper echelon players as we get closer to that signing date. There is no medication on the market that can take this felling away. Like many of you when KS was hired, I was totally full of enthusiasm for the football program and really believed he was the right choice. Now, I'm on the other end of the rainbow of his selection as HC. My prediction is, 2018 will be his last at BYU (but I do wish him the best, he's a super nice guy).
