We do white elephants with extended family every year. One favorite was a gold lame' string bikini first received by my husband while he was bishop. The next year he pretended to have thrown it away but our nephew due to leave on his mission in a couple weeks got it. We called it the James Bond bikini.
A blow fish made the rounds along with a ginormous bra with each cup big enough to use as a hat. That came in handy at girls camp too.
