excruciating. I LOVE hearing success stories. Any time someone beats it, it provides so much hope to those who are still struggling to fight it. Really, really happy you kicked it to the curb.
If I may make a suggestion at the risk of sounding insensitive in a sensitive situation. I would personally avoid telling people God answers prayers and heals cancer. It’s totaly your experience and anyone that goes through something like that gets to say whatever they want. Believe me. I truly believe that. But maybe phrase it to say he answered YOUR prayer or God was inclined to help you in your hour of need or something. There are so many that are praying like crazy for God’s miraculous healing and they don’t get it. Hearing someone say “God answers prayers!” when it didn’t go the same way for them can be difficult to wrap their heads around. I speak from experience here so I hope you don’t think I’m criticizing. I’m not. I just am one that struggles with someone saying God will help when it really seems very hit and miss when it comes to cancer.
I really hope that wasn’t inappropriate. I’m really grateful that we have you around to post on CB and take care of your family. I love that you were able to overcome such odds and survive something so difficult.
