I always found small gyms to be easier to shoot in and large gyms tougher
...and it seems to be a common thing for shooters, in my experience. Closer walls etc give them help with depth perception and gauging distance. Shooting from out top is the toughest in big gyms imo.

It’s likely why we’ve had shooters like Matt Carlino and Nick Emery have career nights playing there.
