People always say that, but in the two houses I've bought, what the neighbors
yard looked like had zero thought.
I live in a non HOA house again, and couldn't care less what my neighbors house looks like.
Without going out right now and looking, I couldn't tell you what color any of my next door neighbors houses are. So that may tell you how observant I am.
