They have changed the way you no longer can tee off on a receiver when they are waiting for the ball to come. You hit them in the head, you get flagged.

The biggest issue they haven’t fixed yet is the speed and strength is why many of these head injuries keep happening. Until they slow the players down, meaning harsher suspensions for PeD use and better testing, it won’t end the head injury issues.
