It’s certainly not fair to call it toxic and I appreciate everything that all have contributed enough to hang around for over a decade. I can understand that it might not be the best place for some of the subjects of the criticism when teams are not performing well, but it’s part of what anyone must learn to deal with when they engage in public activities.
