It's not enough to have a jumble of individually talented players, There are not many programs in the nation that have had as many 4 star recruits on it's roster over the last couple of years. It's building a system that brings the best out in the group.

Would Childs and Bryant be what they are if Mika were here? i wonder. We have two legit 4 star and a 3 star underperforming right now. Not so long ago, BYU was making do with 2 star recruits.
