one thing we can do to help with traffic flow
is to not slow down to stare at accidents.
I bet someone will misread what I wrote and I'll have to explain the importance of the word "to" in that sentence.
also, plan a little ahead while driving. If there's a green light 100 yards in front of you and the gap between you and the car in front of you is large, narrow that gap. The trickle effect of not narrowing that gap can go far behind you.
