coaches with no FBS experience prior to BYU.  Not sure that replacing Kaufusi with more than 20 years D1 experience with an FBS coach upgrades the experience level of the staff.  Same goes for Fesi.  And two years ago the same for Clark, Guilford and Lamb.  Not saying they are not good coaches, but none were experienced FBS coaches.
