Game. He's trying his hardest to be a benefit for his team. I have seen him grow in many ways this season, especially maturity. That doesn't mean he has no more growing to do, though.

My thought on this conversation is that people want him to mature within a blink of an eye. I hate to break it to you, but life doesn't work like that. We're here to learn about ourselves and others at our own respective paces; and we're here to grow and serve others.

It may take a little longer than you want for him to grow, but remember: Patience is a virtue.
