basketball has a chance to be surprisingly good this year. Despite Eric Mika's departure. IMO, it would be a very good season if BYU can beat either Zags or Gaels on the road with a home win against Gonzaga. Most of us wouldn't have predicted BYU to be this good after last season.

Football is the big question mark for me. Teams can rebound quickly, but can BYU? Poor recruiting, a seemingly divided team, no P5 advantages (all thrown in with the old honor code stuff.) So maybe BYU can turn it around quickly or maybe it's one bad season following another. (Laden with tears) Hopefully Grimes will be the answer for the offensive woes. Anyway, whatever happens is more exciting than my boring life. 🙂

Basketball 2016 was a big disappointment. Many of last year's issues have been remedied. Let's hope football can also be a quick fix.
