for the team they signed for before they've used up all their eligibility?

It seems like every year we sign guys that never play a single game for BYU. Whether it's because they transfer or they just aren't good enough or have injuries that just keep them off the field or maybe they have a life changing event and just don't want to play football anymore.

It's like programs go to great lengths to sign these kids but a lot of them never pan out for whatever reasons.
