I’m having trouble getting the photos off of my wife’s iPhone
With my and my daughter's iPhones it’s super easy. The phone shows up in Windows explorer and we can cut and paste the photos and videos. With my wife’s phone, it doesn’t show up in Windows Explorer.
The other method it describes is using the Photos app in Windows 10 and clicking Import. But then it says that nothing is connected.
I have already indicated on my wife’s phone to trust our PC. And I can sync her phone using iTunes.
Does anyone have any ideas?
