contracts... 82 games or 83 games a year doesn't really matter... the pride of being a solid all-star who gives a solid effort far outweighs the risk of an injury... And... frankly I don't really think they care if they're injured or not... homey gets paid... and a little vacation and rehab around the crib is good for the soul.
