Not much further to drop off from Sitake. Should be easy to replace. Rose has been decent because of his assistants for years. They'd be able to find someone to take over and maintain average to occasionally above average results.

Holmoe on the other hand is uniquely good at being a salesman to the various boosters, higher ups, other athletic programs, etc. his biggest fault thus far has been the Sitake hire IMO. And I guess the jury is still out on this front.
