I'm a vivint customer.
Been with them 3 years, 2 more to go. I can't wait to get away from them. Their customer service sucks, they never follow thru on what they say they'll do. They're equipment breaks down frequently and I'm not technically saavy enough to fix it myself so then I have to....you guessed it....talk with their lousy customer service again. Once they solve the problem, whether it's my equipment's fault or their network's fault, they're as squeeky tight with account credits as they come.

I've got 2 boys that sell for them....but I never, ever, would recommend them to a friend.
