I made some a couple of weeks ago. Thought it was OK.
It was basically mayo, salt, pepper and a little vinegar and some diced jalapenos. A few people tried it but most went back for the NC vinegar sauce or a more traditional KC ketchup based sauce.
But I've never had it made by a real BBQ joint. Maybe they add some secret ingredients I don't know about.
