Agreed. I need to run the numbers, I don't think my income level would warrant going through the effort
I'd need to be on a three year plan.
I guess I'm not rich enough. ;).
But yes, I've thought of saving an additional 10%. But that's tough since my family is young and my house is new, so that's lost opportunity cost in the form of home improvements and trips. Selfish excuse, I know. I just need to run the numbers
