Playing 2-3 nights in a row tournament style will be killer for the team mentally and physically and they will be too tired and worn down to put up a decent fight against either SMC or Gonzaga let alone both. Dave Rose teams have always been bad in tournaments but I think this team is extra vulnerable to playing games 2-3 nights in a row because production comes mainly from 2 players. The only way I could see it happening is if 2-3 guys all started hitting 30-40% from 3 point range. This team is probably the worst 3pt shooting BYU team in the last 10+ years so I dont see that happening either.

I usually try to stay positive with my Cougars but this team simply isnt built to win the tournament.
