TJ Haws, hit the weightroom, man.
Why is it acceptable for TJ Haws to be in the program for two years at 160 lbs?
When I was in 9th grade, the one thing my coach told me at the end of the season was that I needed to put on some weight if I wanted to reach my potential.
At some point, the coaches have to hold him accountable. Noone questions TJ’s work ethic, but he has neglected a huge aspect of the game that is glaring for everyone who watches.

From other CB convo's he simply needs to eat more calories than he burns. Simple as that. Just eat more TJ.
