I'm guessing he's just not really a big eater.
He's got to force himself to eat. Or get him on gallon of milk a day. I imagine that will do a trick.
But personally I'm not sure his weight is really a big issue.

From other CB convo's he simply needs to eat more calories than he burns. Simple as that. Just eat more TJ.
